    Role of Entrepreneurship and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly most important to the creation and development of dynamic and modern knowledge-based Economy. This is due to their capacity to promote innovation and because of their ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to a changing market, to generate innovations and new jobs. Entrepreneurship based on digital skills of youth are being done part of the curricula of educational providers and business support centers as a crucial support to strengthen the sector of SMEs, that is the backbone of the economy in countries with higher incomes, and less developed countries with low income.
