    ln this paper l will be introducing and explainingwhat a refugee is, and what kind of rights do they have. By using information and specific materials from the official website of UNHCR l will show how the rights of refugees are protected. Therefore, while reading this abstract you can have the opportunity to understand what legal instruments and international rights could be used for protection of the rights of Refugees. As a legal instrument to protect Refugee's rights, l have decided to explain more about The 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees. There you'll find some articles that mention some of the rights of a refugee, but at the same time you will see the obligations of the Contracting States for the Refugees. l will take an example of one of those states to show how much they work to treat the refugees well. Moreover, in this paper The Universal Declaration of Human Rights is explained in details as an international framework related to the protection of refugee rights. Therefore, in this paper the rights of refugees are compared in different Contracting States of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, treatment for refugees during the refugee crisis in 2014/15, implementation of the articles of The Declaration of the Human Rights, for Refugees in Europe, etc. Furthermore, there is a conclusion at the end of the paper which summarizes the this paper and in particular refers to the role of Turkey about rights of Syrian refugees, and explains how this country is respecting international rules and regulations that are set in different international conventions, internationa| agreements, and other international documents related to the rights of refugees. Considering the rules and regulations that derive from international agreements and conventions or other documents related to the refugee rights, it could be concluded that many states have succeeded to promote the human rights and the rights of refugees particularly. The Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees are the basic instruments that serve the best to promote these values and rights of refugees. Moreover in this paper it is explained how the British Government did support financial|y education of people in Lebanon and how did this state indicate the implementation of the articles of all international conventions and agreements as a contracting state. Then, the UNHCR role in protecting refugees was also described as an important fact for this international institution, which improved the success of dealing with refugee crisis in different periods of time, as well as the recent crisis with Syrian refugees. ln the end of paper it is mentioned how Turkey managed to deal with these refugees and provided shelter, food and other basic needs to Syrian refugees, and the role of this state to promote the human rights such as freedom of movement, the right of free education in Turkish universities, the right to be employed and other fundamental rights.
