    The aim of this paper is to present how the rapid advancement of current technologies combined with the inclination of states to increase security through any means necessary can pose a real threat to the basic human right to privary. This analysis can prove useful as the advancement of surveillance technolory is imminent and an unprepared state can misuse this to the disadvantage of the citizen.
