Entrepreneurship development on Y generation to optimize demographic bonus in Indonesia

Indonesia has entered a period of transition in the demographic bonus. Demographic bonus can be the opportunities neither threats for lndonesia. lt is classified as opportunities if lndonesia have qualified productive human resources to increase development, prosperity and economics performance. On the other hand, it is a threat if the quality of our human resources is low and unproductive. As a consequence, it will lead lndonesia to increase unemployment. Therefore to solve that problem, entrepreneurship can be one of the best solutions to take advantage of demographic bonus phenomenon to be lndonesia's stepping stone transforming into developed country in 2030. ln this case, the majority of the working age population is classified as Y Generation. This generation is educated and very close to technology for using it in almost every aspect of their life. Therefore, it's necessary to create synergy between improving the quality of human resources through the entrepreneurial spirit with the character of the Y Generation itself.
