The fields of Artificial Intelligence in all human endeavours has been of imaginative film scenes but now in contemporary times Artificial Intelligence is a household name in all spheres of human endeavours and it is of such a pioneering work of Maltepe University Law Congress which must be of global legal education that needs to be supportive by Governments, NGOs and the United Nations General Assembly and its specialised agencies like the UNCTAD, WHO, UNDFA, ILO and even to the Breton Woods Financial institutions of the World Bank, IMF and IFC. Another vital UN agency that should be involved in the global legal trend for the study of Artificial Intelligence and its Humanoid usages is the UN Atomic Agency Inspectorate which can use such Humanoids to inspect nuclear contaminated war zone areas where human inspectors cannot be utilised for inspections because of nuclear contamination. For the success of Artificial Intelligence Humanoid usages, all governments and mega global philanthropists like Bill Gates, the United Nations Security Council and its specialized agencies, the World Court, Un Atomic Energy Commission, UN Nuclear Inspectorate etc should play decisive financial supportive roles in financing legal research, knowledge, defence and protection of Artificial Intelligence and its related futuristic Humanoids in our modern life and it is within such a contemporary futuristic usages of Artificial Intelligence and Humanoids that the Maltepe University must be commended for its 2019 thematic Artificial Intelligence in the Legal Context during the International Law Congress of Youth which as Ghanaians are freely participating. Artificial intelligence can be utilised in the courts in assessing case laws by both prosecution and defence attorneys. Futuristic driverless and pilotless drones and supersonic jets could utilise artificial intelligence by manufacturing giants which must give the necessary financial underwriting forD and for such a Law Congress to because Artificial Intelligence has the potential of changing the legalolduğunsystem, 1 and because the studies of Artificial Intelligence is of immense importance to mankind with special reference to their creative abilities and artificial intelligent robotics as a field. 2 It is our considered opinion that Artificial Intelligence as a subject should be funded and taught in all major institutions and its legal remits a must study in all Law Faculties with a global body straddling all the continents to be established in a communique in this very colloquium with a continental Presidents and a Chief Justice to so be formed and appointed. We take this opportunity to extend our felicitations to the Chancellor and Faculty, the Student body, Rector of the Law Faculty, the People of Turkey for your hospitality, the Govt’ of H.E. President Erdogan, the Cabinet, financiers and donors and most importantly, the staff and management of the 5-STAR MARMA HOTEL ISTANBUL.
