The use of social media offers solutions for daily life, it also cause some social problems at the same time. ln lndonesia, one of the problems is the freedom to share personal things in social media becomes too overwhelming among teenagers. They become susceptible to depression, anxiety and so emotional. Teenagers easily jealous, have the desire to look better than their friends in social media or even seem so sad and gloomy to get a lot of attention. Compared to that, how about try to start sharing your grateful things each day? Gratitude is the easiest way to be happy. Along with the theory of positive psychology, happiness and wisdom will bring positive vibe to your life. Provide positive atmosphere for your social media; begin by being grateful for the simple things every day and share it on your account. Be sure that your positive life will be able to inspire and motivate you.
