Yayın Multifactorial system for numerical determination of aerodynamic effects in high-speed railway tunnels / Yüksek hızlı demiryolu tünellerinde aerodinamik etkilerin nümerik tespiti için çok yönlü sistem(Maltepe Üniversitesi, 2019) Shelgunov, OlegAbstract Practice of construction and operation of high-speed railway tunnels in foreign countries shows that to ensure an efficient and economically viable planning model for the construction of tunnels, two aspects are of paramount importance – safety and aerodynamics. Both factors are associated with complex aerodynamic processes that affect the acoustic comfort of passengers and crew, as well as the loadings on the supporting structures, equipment, train cars and are decisive in choosing the space-planning and designtechnological parameters of the tunnel structure. Construction of high-speed railway tunnels is a promising, but poorly studied area in Russia. Lack of practice in the design and construction of tunnel structures requires the adoption of solutions from the experience of foreign countries. However, existing solutions cannot be adapted without careful analysis. In order to adapt existing standards to Russian operation conditions, approaches of the foreign experts to definition of the aerodynamic effects from train movement in tunnels are considered, a comparative analysis of the calculation results is provided. It is noted that all considered methods are quite reasonable for solving specific problems. Nevertheless, a significant simplification of the models and their idealization makes it impossible to solve the multifaceted problems. Author of the article proposes an integrated approach to determining aerodynamic effects from train movement in high-speed railway tunnels in the form of multi-factorial system “tunneltrain”, including parameters of two systems: geometric, mechanical, design-technological and aerodynamic. The influence of these parameters on the aerodynamic processes in tunnels allows to control aerodynamic effects, reducing negative impacts. Rationing and recommendations on the appointment of parameters that determine the specifics of the “tunnel-train” system operation are of crucial technical and economic importance. It should be considered that only adapted standards of foreign countries can be used in the design of high-speed railway tunnels in Russia.
