Impact of functional team leader's personality and behaviour on team's technology acceptance

For the last 30 years organizational scholars are striving the explore the link between personality and organizational outcomes, this paper is a concept paper based on literature review and tries to find out the impacts Functional unit heads on User acceptance of technology and tema level of analysis. The comparison point was Technology acceptance model; it found out that extraversion and openness of functional unit leaders are positively related to technology acceptance. It also suggests that Team leader's supportive behavior must also be deeply studied in technology acceptance.
