    After the outbreak of Syrian Refugee Crisis in 2011, Turkey became most important actor as a host country for Syrian people had fear of persecution. At present, according to UNHCR reports, there are approximately 2.900.000 individuals fled from Syria to Turkey. This cross-border movements of individuals lead to statelessness as another globalized problem because, according to UNHCR, there are more than 140.000 Syrian children who born within territory of Turkey which means they do not "have right to have right" as Arendt indicated. Although statelessness is considered under domestic law and is based on state sovereignty, in the age of migration, it should have broader place as a notion of migration studies...
