    Violations of children's rights in the 21st century

    Fundamental, global rights were provided to children in 1990 by Convention on the Rights of the Child. They are protected wherwer they live. Still there are some universal problems about them like child workers and marriages because of violations of these right. Child's define is "Every human being below the age of 18 years unless under the law applicable to the child, majority is attained earlier, according to Article 1 of the convention.
