dc.description.abstractAn epidemic of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) began in December 2019 in China leading to a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC). Clinical, laboratory, and imaging features have been partially characterized in some observational studies [1]. Most of the patients even after complete recovery are suffering from various symptoms. The real time cases of 10 patients who were all relatives from Kashmir were reviewed post Covid-19. 9/10 patients which means 90% patients with variable degree of Covid-19 are suffering from various post Covid Symptoms. Among which heart related problems are most common. Majority of patients have weakness and fatigue even after complete recovery from Covid-19. Hereby is information of the patients who participated in the experiment: Purpose of the study: study of long-term clinical consequences in patients undergoing COVID 19 Materials and methods: the study group consisted of 10 patients who had undergone COVID-19 5 months ago.The average age of the patients was 48 ± 17,3 years, of which 5 women and 5 men. 3 (30%) patients had an asymptomatic form of the disease, 5 (50%) patients had a moderate degree, 2 (20%) patients had a severe form of covid 19 (Table 1). In first phase they didn’t know that their symptoms were noted I.e., blind test was done. In second phase (5 months after illness), the patients were interviewed regarding their problems. Results: According to the results of the study (survey), 2 (20%) out of 3 patients with asymptomatic covid - 19 5 months after the disease had muscle pain, 1 patients (10%) - rare breathlessness, dyspepsia. 2 patients (20%) with moderate covid - 19 5 months after the disease had episodes of cough, 2 patients (20%) - heart irregularities, 07 breathlessness. 2 patients (20%) with severe covid-19 5- had Heart irregularities, Breathlessness, one of them - morning mucus and phlegm, Joint aches, sore muscles, dry mouth. Young physically fit people who suffered from COVID-19 had post Covid Symptoms. 9 (90%) people who were reviewed suffered from various illnesses after complete recovery from Covid, which is an indication that Post Covid Syndrome can occur. Discussion and Conclusion: Covid-19 has had a negative impact on the state of the respiratory, cardiovascular system. According to the results of a study of the well-being of patients 5 months after COVID19, the more severe the severity of the disease in the acute period, the more severe the distant symptoms were. Thanks to the study and analysis of the data of such patients, we can better clarify the effect of the virus on organs and systems, supplement the data on long-term consequences. We join researchers in recommending that doctors closely monitor people who have had COVID-19 to see how their organs function after they recover.en_US
