dc.description.abstractIn the Peruvian State, public policies aimed at guaranteeing adequate housing focus on issues basically related to granting titles for the formalization of individual property (COFOPRI), or facilitating credits and subsidies for its acquisition (FONDO MI VIVIENDA). However, these responses do not reach a sector of the population that has never been included in the public agenda and is recently atracting attention because of the pandemic of COVID-19; we are talking about homeless people who live in the streets, such as children, LGBTIQ people and elderly people...en_US
dc.description.abstractPeru Devletinde, barınma hakkı garantisi sağlamayı amaçlayan kamu politikaları, temelde bireysel mülkün resmileştirilmesi için tapular verilmesi (COFOPRI) veya satın alınması için kredi ve sübvansiyonların kolaylaştırılması (FONDO MI VIVIENDA) ile ilgili konulara odaklanmayı amaçlamaktadır. Ancak, bu yansımalar halkın gündemine hiç girmeyen ve son zamanlarda COVID-19 küresel salgını nedeniyle dikkat çeken bir kesime ulaşmıyor; çocuklar, LGBTIQ kişiler ve yaşlılar gibi sokaklarda yaşayan evsiz insanlardan bahsediyoruz.
