dc.description.abstractNowadays, many people use online sales sites. As they can buy new products, second-hand and high-value products are also in high demand. Such products can also be sold through the online auction system. This system is a system that proceeds by bidding for a product or service. There are several different auction methods and one of the most popular is the British auction system. In this system, the auctioneer opens the auction by announcing a suggested opening bid, a starting price for the item on sale. This auction is facilitated using software that streamlines the processes involved. This project is an auction website. With this system, the global reach of online auction marketplaces allows buyers and sellers to overcome geo-restrictions and purchase items online from anywhere at any time. The online auction marketplace provides consumers with great advantages over traditional offline marketplaces, such as lower prices, greater product selection, and greater efficiency. In the system in this project, the seller can determine both a starting price and the auction period. In addition, the prices and names given by the buyers can be seen on the site. When the auction period for an item expires, the buyer with the highest bid wins the item. There are also various features such as automatic bidding according to the price determined in the project, bidding with verified accounts, and receiving e-mail notifications. In addition, there are many product categories on the site, and depending on the type of product sold, the delivery of the product from the seller to the buyer and the payment method may vary.en_US
