Özet
Education has been playing a more and more important role in today’s society. High standard education requires good managers. Modern society has driven educational management to a higher level where classical management models cannot cover all the changing educational needs. How could educational management system adapt to present needs and challenges? Obviously, by mixing some classical patterns’ features and adding the outward mindset perspective. Creating a brand-new hybrid management model could enhance the quality of education. Moreover, new types of managers could face today’s educational challenges using the outward mindset tools. … This research paper will analyze and evaluate the degree to which a new outward mindset participatory management model could bring innovative approach in educational institutions. New management activities designed for all the organizational levels and creative correlations will reveal effective guidelines for our current educational system. While the outward mindset offers a new outlook to education and to educational management, the present paper will bring forward the opportunity for further study within the related literature.
