Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışma, sağlık hizmetlerinde toplam kalite yönetimi konusunda yapılan tezlerin genel bir profilini ortaya koyarak bu konuda tez yazmayı planlayan araştırmacılara yol göstermek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: İncelenen tez profillerinin kategorik hale getirilmesinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Yüksek lisans tezlerinin hem nitel hem de nicel yöntemlerle çalışıldığı; doktora tezlerinin tamamının ise nicel yöntemlerle çalışıldığı bilgisine erişilmiştir. Sonuç: Toplam kalite yönetimi konusunda oldukça fazla çalışma yapıldığı ama sağlık sektöründeki çalışma sayısının daha az olduğu görülmüştür.

Method: Content analysis method wasused in categorizing the dissertation profiles examined. Findings: It has been seen that the master dissertations were studied both qualitative and quantitative methods, and the doctoral dissertations were studied through quantitative methods. Conclusion: It has been seen that, a great deal of work has been done on total quality management but the number of studies in the health sector has been found to be less.
