Abstract
Otomasyon, bir işin makine insan arasında paylaşılmasıdır. Tüm dünyanın açık bir pazar haline geldiği, rekabetçi üretim ve hizmetlerin yapıldığı piyasada; hızlı, standart, güvenli ve verimli olmak gibi kavramlar zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Otomasyon sistemleri ile endüstriyel üretimler ve işletmeler bilgisayar kontrolünde çalışarak gerekli standartlara sahip olup hızlı bir üretim gerçekleştirmektedir. Klinik bilgi yönetimi ve hasta takip sistemi yazılımı ile klinikte yapılan hasta işlemleri, hasta randevuları, mali kayıtlar, personel kayıtları ve doktor kayıtları gibi bir çok işlemi tek bir platform altında gerçekleştirebilme, takip edebilme ve raporlama imkanına sahip olabilme amaçlanmaktadır. Hasta geçmişini, hastanın geçirdiği tedavileri ve tedavi süreçlerini düzenli bir şekilde kaydının ve hastayla paylaşımının sorunsuz ve hızlı bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Böylece kliniklerin işleyişi daha hızlı ve güvenli olcak, müşteri ve işletmede çalişan personel memnuniyeti sağlanacaktır. Günümüzdeki işletmelerin verimli olması için daha kısa sürede daha cok müşteri ve iş ile ilgilenmesi bir zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Klinik bilgi sistemi yönetimi yazılımının çıkış noktası, kliniklerin yoğun programlarının sonucunda yaşanılan karmaşıklıkların, bilgisayar destekli otomasyon programı ile ve hatalardan uzak, standart, hızlı ve müşteri memnuniyeti ile ortadan kaldırılmasıdır. Bu projeyi seçmemizdeki amaç ülkemizdeki her kliniğe uygun olarak tasarlanmış hızlı, güvenilir, kullanması kolay bir yazılım oluşturmaktır. Bu hedefle yola çıkarak klinikler tarafından kullanılmak üzere bir otomasyon sistemi gerçekleştirilmesi için ihtiyaç analizleri yapılmış, bir klinikte yapılan bütün işlemler araştırılmış, bunlara ek olarak hasta tedavi ve işlemlerine hız kazandıracak yöntemlerin araştırılması yapılmış, bazı ön hazırlıklar ve ön araştırılmalarda bulunulmuştur. Klinik bilgi sistemi, bitirme projesi kapsamında MICROSOFT SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT STUDIO ve MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO 2008 platformları kullanılmaktadır.

In this way, the operation of clinics will be faster and more secure, staff in operation and customer satisfaction will ensure. In a very short time has become a neccesity to deal with customers and business for today's enterprises to be more efficient. The starting point of clinical information system management software, clinics as a result of intensive residential programs complexities, with computer-aided automation program remote and without mistakes, standard, fast and customer satisfaction with the abolition of. The aim of choosing this project, to create a fast, reliable, easy to use software and suitable for each clinics in our country. Based on this target, needs analysis had been done to be used by clinics to carry out an automation system, the process was investigated in a clinic, in addition treatment and operations of a patient hass been to investigate methods for accelerate, made some preliminary preparations and preliminary research. Clinical information system, under the final Project is writen using MICROSOFT SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT STUDIO and MICROSOFT VISUAL STUDIO 2008 platforms.
