dc.description.abstractWork may be considered a need of every person to live and to survive. Having work during the pandemic means you are lucky enough to meet the ends of your family but also unfortunate that you are placing yourself and your family to a high risk of being infected with COVID-19. This study aimed to determined the relationship of workplace engagement and work values of the non-teaching casual personnel of EARIST, Manila during the pandemic. Data were gathered through two (2) standardized questionnaires and administered to 46 non-teaching personnel of Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology, Manila coming from the different departments (Skeletal) particularly..en_US
dc.description.abstractÇalışmak, her kişinin yaşamak ve hayatta kalmak için bir ihtiyacı olarak düşünülebilir. Küresel salgın sırasında bir işinizin olması, ailenizin parasını karşılayacak kadar şanslı olduğunuz anlamına gelir; fakat aynı zamanda kendiniz ve ailenizi COVID-19 ile enfekte olma riskinin yüksek olduğu bir konuma soktuğunuz için talihsiz bir durumdur. Bu çalışmada, Manila EARIST'in öğretim elamanı olmayan geçici personelinin küresel salgın sırasında işyeri bağlılığı ile iş değerleri arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Veriler standardize edilmiş iki (2) anket yoluyla toplanmış ve farklı bölümlerden gelen Eulogio "Amang" Rodriguez Bilim ve Teknoloji Enstitüsü'nün öğretim elemanı olmayan 46 personeline uygulanmıştır, özellikle: İnsan Kaynakları, Muhasebe, Yazı İşleri Müdürü, Vezneci , Rehberlik, Kütüphane ve Revir personellerine...en_US
