example difficulties to find a taxi, financial inadequacies, difficulty traveling alone at night, especially for women, troublesomes with carrying a pet, taxi drivers do not accept customers who want to travel outside their routes. In other words, the customers experience a major victimization situation which happens as the taxi drivers accept the passengers according to their pleasure. General Problems are : avoiding public transport and turning to private vehicles due to the world epidemic, the congestion in Istanbul traffic and the loss of time experienced by the society accordingly, taxi-uber tension, which is frequently experienced in Istanbul and is the subject of the news, political debates, etc. In addition there are other problems as parking problems, air pollution in Istanbul, noise pollution in Istanbul. Positive situations that will arise with the realization of this project: reducing the number of vehicles that will enter the traffic, traffic congestion, noise problems, air pollution and parking problems, which are among the biggest problems of the megacity, will be solved, albeit to a small extent. With the scoring system, the problem of trust will be reduced. Passengers will be relieved financially. With the taxi option for animals, animals will be transported more safely and comfortably. The location of the customer's destination in the taxi will not be clear to the other customer. Only the general name of the destination will appear. (Maltepe, Kartal…). Therefore, in the application, a messaging environment will be established between the customer in the taxi and the customer outside. By this, they will be able to talk among themselves about a common route or where they will go and decide whether to share the taxi or not. In short, this app will be a hitchhiking development for taxis. The only difference is that the person will have the freedom to choose the person to accompany the taxi. Every customer who takes a taxi will have passenger points. Two customers who take the same taxi will be able to rate each other. The customer's phone number, name, photo, general name of the place they will go and the customer's score will appear. It will be determined how many minutes the taxi will arrive. As customers can rate the taxi driver, the taxi drivers will also be able to rate the customers. The customer can take as many passengers as he wants. It will have the capacity to fit in the vehicle. Thus, we will reduce the traffic problem to some extent. The application will also make the calculation of the fee. The size of the pet taxi will be smaller than normal taxis. The goal will only be to transport the animal safely. If we consider that a customer is in a hurry, the location will be entered and the taxi driver will only take his pet to the required location. If the customer or driver gets a score below 2 stars 2 times, they will be warned, if they get one more 1 lower score, they will not be able to use this application for a while. Although the same rule applies to drivers, this warning will go to IBB (Istanbul Buyuksehir Belediyesi) as a warning.
