| dc.description.abstract | İstanbul’da 1987 yılında inşaası yapılmış olan 6 katlı bir binanın sismik performansı Japon Sismik Performans İndeksi ile belirlenmiştir. Üç aşamadan meydana gelen bu yöntemin ilk iki aşamasını projemizde kullanıp binamızın sismik performansını belirledik. Bu çalışmamızda, binamızın sadece düşey taşıyıcı elemanları baz alınmış; dayanım, süneklik, malzeme özellikleri ve binadaki düzensizlikler gibi değişkenlere göre yapının sismik performansını tayin edilmiştir. Yapılan işlemler sonucunda yapının sismik performans kapasitesi, talep edilenden küçükse olduğu için, uygun güçlendirme metotları ile binamızın deprem performansının artırılması için öneriler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The seismic performance of a 6-stories building constructed in 1987 in Istanbul is analysed with the Japanese Seismic Performance Index. The first two steps of this method are utilized in the analysis. The first phase of the project is to determine the seismic performance of the building. In the study, we determined the seismic performance of the structure by taking in the account such as strength, ductility, material properties and irregularities in the building, which are based on vertical bearing elements of our building. We improved the seismic performance of our building with appropriate strengthened methods, since according to the results of the analyse, the seismic performance capacity of the building is smaller than the demand. | en_US |
