dc.description.abstractIn the last months of 2019, we met with a new virus. It's called COVID-19. It spread everywhere in the world and the outbreak started so quickly. Pandemic a ected every point of our lives. It also influenced and is still influencing human rights which is very sensitive and being heavily bounded in chaotic situations. We can not realistically analyze the pandemic and its effects because we are in it. Maybe after the decade, we will be able to see the outcomes of the outbreak more clearly. However, we can still see some of the impacts of COVID-19 pandemic on human rights. Totalitarian regimes and populist policies use crises to tyrannize the people who live under their government...en_US
dc.description.abstract2019’un son aylarında COVID-19 denilen yeni bir virüs ile tanıştık. Salgın çok hızlı başlayarak dünya üzerindeki her yere yayıldı. Küresel salgın hayatımızı her yönüyle etkilemeye başladı. Aynı zamanda çok hassas olan ve kaotik durumlarda aşırı derecede sınırlandırılabilen insan haklarını da etkiledi ve hala etkilemeye devam ediyor. Küresel salgın sürecinde bulunmamız etkilerini realistik bir şekilde analiz etmemize engel teşkil etse de belki on yıl sonra salgının sonuçlarını daha net bir şekilde analiz edebileceğiz. Ancak günümüzde dahi COVID-19 küresel salgınının insan hakları üzerindeki bazı etkilerini gözlemleyebiliyoruz...en_US
