dc.description.abstractIn the area of capital sustainability the human capital is one of the most essential and important resource. Physical capital can be destroyed, financial capital can be confiscated, but human capital is inseparable from its owner, as long as, he or she can actively work and bring some benefit for the enterprise, before is in good health. COVID-19 is an infection caused by a newly discovered coronavirus. The World Health Organization declared this outbreak as a public health emergency of international concern on 30 January 2020, and as a pandemic on 11 March 2020. The COVID-19 infection pandemic has taken a major impact on human capital. Unlike natural disasters, the pandemic left buildings, factories and infrastructure untouched, but extremely negatively affected on the health of million people and disrupted the education system of million children...en_US
dc.description.abstractSermayenin sürdürülebilirliği alanında insan sermayesi en temel ve önemli kaynaklardan biridir. Fiziksel sermaye yok edilebilir, finansal sermayeye el konulabilir ancak insan sermayesi, aktif olarak çalışabildiği ve işletmeye fayda sağlayabildiği sürece sahibinden ayrılamaz. COVID-19, yeni keşfedilen bir korona virüsün neden olduğu bir enfeksiyondur. Dünya Sağlık Örgütü, bu salgını 30 Ocak 2020'de uluslararası önemi haiz bir halk sağlığı acil durumu olarak ve 11 Mart 2020'de bir salgın olarak ilan etti. COVID-19 küresel salgını, insan sermayesi üzerinde büyük bir etki yarattı.
