Analysis of case histories 128 patients pneumonia included 66 men and 62 women, 56 (50-67) years. All patients had positive results of PCR-analysis of COVID-19 virus. We studied the frequency of occurrence and characteristics of clinical manifestations in the study group. Results are expressed in %. Results: It was revealed that the most frequent symptom of the onset of the disease was fever - 97.7% (n = 125), of which 65 (50.8%) were men and 60 (46.9%) women. Cough was found in 94.5% (n = 121) (men - 58 (45.3%), women -53 (41.4%)). Dyspnea accounts for 89.8% (n = 115), (men - 49 (38.3%), women -44 (34.4%)). Myalgia met 11.7% (n = 15), of which 7 men (5.5%) and 8 women (6.3%). Confusion was observed in 4.7% (n = 6) (men - 4 (3.1%), women - 2 (1.6%)). Headaches were found in 82.8% (n = 106) patients (men -56 (43.8%), women -50 (39.1%)). 6.3% (n = 8) patients complained of sore throat, of which 2 (1.6%) men and 6 (4.7%) women, runny nose was observed in 5.5% (n = 7) patients (men - 4 (3.1%), women -3 (2.3%)). diarrhea and abdominal pain were detected in 2.3% (n = 3) patients (men -2 (1.6%), women -1 (0.8%). Conclusion: The most common manifestation of COVID-19 is the respiratory system. However, this disease is characterized by a high temperature of inflammation and thrombotic complications leading to multiple organ damage. Diagnosis in patients with COVID-19 can cause problems due to the similarity of symptoms in comorbid pathology. The management of patients with COVID-19 involves not only treatment, but also the timely recognition and treatment of other target organs.en_US
