dc.description.abstractIn the 21st century, corporate social responsibility or CSR is becoming more widespread due to the fact that it is an aspect of sustainable development. Businesses continue to actively implement CSR policies, considering them as a marketing necessity and a long-term economic investment. In this article, the types of CSR activities were analyzed and two large groups of such activities were identified: 1) the activities of the company as a single structure; 2) the activities of the company in which every single employee is involved. The main responsible persons for the implementation of the second type of activities are middle level managers, who most often perceive the need to implement CSR as an extra job for themselves; therefore, they refuse to do it or try to postpone it as far as possible. The purpose of this study was to identify the benefits of implementing CSR for managers in their departments. In this respect, such research objectives were covered as 1) the main aspects of managers' activities regarding their interaction with employees were analyzed; 2) the processes that can be simplified through the introduction of CSR activities were identified; 3) the aspects of the formation of a high-quality work team, on which the introduction of CSR can have a direct impact, were analyzed and highlighted; 4) the personal bonuses, which the manager will receive when implementing the CSR policy, have been singled out. Thus, the main premise of this article is to highlight the benefits of implementing CSR policy for managers who have a direct impact on the formation of social responsibility among employees of a particular enterpriseen_US
