dc.description.abstractThe pandemic, called ''COVID-19'' caused great damage to the world economy and especially the economy of Azerbaijan, which is a part of it. Although the pace of the pandemic has slowed in recent days and some economic restrictions have been li ed in some countries, the e ects of the pandemic on the global economy are still being felt. Restrictions in the background of COVID-19, a slowdown in trade, as well as a sharp drop in oil prices create additional problems for oil-dependent economies such as Azerbaijan.
