    Discussing about an interesting and at the same time current topic is a challenge itself. This is because in our modern time, the economy as one of the most dynamic fields which is facing rapid changes. is an issue that is stirring numerous discussions and debates. Preciseiy these discussions need to be updated with new information, so that everything is based and has a purpose: to know the way as it came up there and where it will go, so that those who face changes, to guide them towards the realization of their goaIs. Certainly many factors, including the initial capital, labor, equipment, technology, innovative idea of operations, would be questionable in the absence of one single factor: the human, which turns out to be the key factor powering business processes. ln this paper it will be discussed extensively about the importance of human capital in new enterprises. how to manage the selection process and to evaluate the capital, in order to manage it successfully. otherwise the great-expected results of a the enterprise, will be simply disappointing.
