Most of students do not read their novels, even those whose specialty is English literature. And this is a major handicap for both literature teachers and EFL students, lf students do not read the novel, they cannot understand what the teacher is talking about, and the teacher will not reach the students lines of thinking. This study aims to explore the problems which make EFL students reluctant to read their novels as well as finding possible solution to this dilemma.
