The smart city concept is an application of cutting-edge information and communication technologies that can improve public services in order to produce work processes more etfective and efficient, hence the information technology has a major influence on all kinds of public services in cities. One type of technology that has not been used is the usage of the lnternet and the digitization of community activities in the queue on availability of information services of government and private banks in the queue. A client has not been able to find out how long he waited if the bank is very full with queues, and e-banking system has not become a major alternative for our customers because of limitations in which clients need to come to bank personaIIy to conduct transactions and activities.
