    With the rapidly changing technology. there are new trends emerging such as e- commerce. E-commerce carries high importance since it affects logistics practices in a revolutionary way when we consider factors of reduced costs, increased marketing efficiency, warehousing processes, and inventory management. On the other hand, customer satisfaction is also a significant consideration of organisations in terms of sustainability. Therefore, e-commerce logistics is very crucial for organizations or entrepreneurs to ensure customer satisfaction from different perspectives. ln this study. impact of technological developments in e-commerce logistics on customer satisfaction is analysed from delivery quality perspective. Delivery quality is measured by the percentage ot on time deliveries. late deliveries, and early deliveries, To analyse customer satisfaction of delivery quality. data is gathered from existing survey results, blogs. customer reviews & complaints of specified organizations utilizing from e-commerce logistics. Overall this paper consists of five sections including (l) A literature review of e-commerce logistics. (2) Major technological developments in this area, [3] Oata on customer satisfaction in terms of delivery quality. [4) Analysis of data with respecI to the developments in section 2, and (5] Comments on findings.
