    The world is witnessing the collapse of a powerful brand that have been existing for 10 to 30 years. One of them is NOKIA. They didn't do anything wrong but they collapsed. ln this article, we briefly review how the big bang disruption is increasingIy obvious to haunt every big existing brand, emerging of disruption and how do they respond to these changes. The study was conducted through literature study and survey to the incumbent in lndonesia.
