    Entrepreneurship inspiration and growth of the small organizations in Pakistan

    Entrepreneurship is a one of the major factors which could contribute in growth of organizations. lt is important to understand the drives and inspiration of entrepreneurs' to get the insight of the hidden story of fast growing small organizations, under the arena of behavioral approach theories. There are many explanations available regarding social and motivation factors of people. This research study was conducted to document the multiple inspirational factors responsible for zeal of the entrepreneurs' and success rate of organizations. The study was completed in two phases: first phase was theoretical and second was a practical in nature. ln first phase an extensive review of literature was conducted to find the links in social, behavioral and management theories to find out the connections and contrasts. Keeping in view the inspirational factors identified a theoretical framework was designed to construct investigatory survey tool which was administered in small organizations. After getting the permission of concerned authorities' survey was conducted moreover to evaluate the rate of success of organization an inventory was used. Data was analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to get the in depth insight of the situation of organization and inspirational factors of entrepreneurs'. Three major and thirty two minor factors were identified and classified i.e. support system, creative ability of people. and knowledge and skill. lt was also found that all factors are interrelated and complementary in nature and are predictors of the growth rate of an organization. It was realized through in depth interpretation that inspiration is specifically personalized motive and have broad scope and impact in the growth of organization.
