    Multiculturalism both in society and in education is a reality in the 21st century and the education system must be adjusted to meet the needs of a multicultural class. The teacher as a vehicle of education needs to take a new role, facilitator - advisor to serve the needs of diverse student population. The need to develop new alternative methods of language leaching led to the development of the communicative approach a new approach in the field of the language teaching which seems to best fit the new teaching needs.
