    Bullying is a multidimensional phenomenon infiltrating a|l aspects of our lives, in all ages and in all social and economic classes. The type of bullying that now dominates is school bullying and teachers wilI be called on to address it. The incidence has been increasing rapidly in recent years, making it imperative that the teacher, who plays a key roIe in addressing the phenomenon is suffıciently prepared with knowledge and strategies to handle it correctly or even prevent it.
