    Effects of dollarization on the cost of financing: A Comparative analysis on the Turkish economy

    In this study by the help of surveys it is adressed that how banks are affected by liability dollarization. In this research, Minimum Variance Portfolio ( MVP) has been calculated as the dollarization value representing the optimum level. MVP has been compared with realized dollarization values, with the conclusion that the current level of dollarization is high. The findings of Granger Causality Test show that MVP is the cause of liability dollarization.
