A common framework used in the analysis of medical ethics is the “four principles”. Itrecognizes four basic moral principles, which are to be judged and weighed against each other, withattention given to the scope of their application. The four principles are: Respect for autonomythepatient has the right to refuse or choose their treatment. Beneficence: a practitioner should actin the best interest of the patient. Non-maleficence-“first, do no harm” (primum non nocere). Justice-concernsthe distribution of scarce health resources, and the decision of who gets what treatment(fairness and equality). In this paper, ten cases are studied from the point of ethical problemsand some results are obtained. These cases belong to the some healthy foundations and the relationsof patient-physician are pointed out. So, the importance of clinical ethics is also discussed.en_US
