dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın amacı, resmi ortaokulların stratejik planlarındaki SWOT analizlerine ilişkin müdür ve öğretmenlerin görüşlerini belirlemek, bu görüşlerin biri biriyle ne kadar örtüştüğünü saptamaktır. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcılarını İstanbul ili Pendik ilçesinde bulunan resmi ortaokulların müdür ve öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma, 10 ortaokul müdürü ile aynı okuldan ikişer öğretmen olmak üzere toplam 20 öğretmenin katkılarıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına bakıldığında ortaokulların müdür ve öğretmenleri, kendi okullarının stratejik planlarında yer alan SWOT analizlerine ait yeterince bilgi ve malumata sahip olmadıkları gibi, okullarının SWOT analizlerine ilişkin görüşlerinin de biri biriyle çok fazla örtüşmediği görülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to identify the opinnions of managers and teachers for he SWOT analyses in the strategic plans of the state secondary schools and to determine to what extend these opinions correspond to each other. In this study, semi-structured interview tecnique has been used among the qualitative reseach methods. The participants of the study are managers and eachers of state secondary schools in Pendik, İstanbul. The research was conducted with the participions of 10 secondary school managers and 20 secondary school teachers in total as 2 teachers from each school.In the findings of the study, the managers and teachers of secondary school don't have sufficient information on the SWOT analyses in the strategic plans of their schools and the opinions of them for the SWOT analyses of their schools don't correspond to each other too muchen_US
