dc.description.abstractAraştırmanın amacı çeşitli şirketlerle özel güvenlik görevlilerinin iş doyumu ve motivasyonlarıyla tükenmişlik düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkiyi belirleyerek bazı demografik değişkenler açısından iş doyumu, motivasyon ve tükenmişlik puanlarının farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığına bakmaktır. Araştırmaya 2011 yılı İstanbul İli'nde bulunan özel güvenlik şirketlerinden toplam altı şirket dâhil edilmiştir. 296 özel güvenlik görevlisine uygulanan anket ve ölçekler sadece gönüllü katılımcılara uygulanmıştır. Anketler özel güvenlik şirketlerinde görev alan yöneticilere dağıtılmak üzere teslim edilip, tamamlandıktan sonra araştırmacıya iade edilmiştir. Araştırmada verilerin toplanmasında Minnesota İş Doyumu Ölçeği, Motivasyon Geri Bildirim Anketi, Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri ve araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen demografik bilgi formu kullanılmıştır. Özel güvenlik görevlilerinde iş tatmini ve motivasyon, iş tatmini ve tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişki test edilmiştir. Sonuçta tükenmişlik alt boyutlarından duygusal tükenme ile genel iş tatmini arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki, motivasyon ölçeğinin alt boyutlarından olan fizyolojik ihtiyaçlar puanı ile genel iş tatmini puanı arasında pozitif yönde ilişki ve motivasyon alt boyutlarından olan kişisel bütünlük ihtiyacı ile kişisel başarı puanı arasında negatif yönde anlamlı ilişki tespit edilmiştir. en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to look at the relationship between job satisfaction and burnout levels and motivation scores in terms of some demographic variables among private security guards.During the year of 2011, a total number of six companies in Istanbul agreed to join in this research. 296 security guards are volunteered to participate in the research-work. The survey papers and tests were distributed to the security guards and collect back from them after completion, by the managers of the companies. In order to collect the data for the research-work, The Demographic Questionnaire, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, Motivation-Feedback-Survey, Maslach Burnout Inventory were used.In this research?work, to find out the relationship between job-satisfaction, motivation and burnout, the collected data of security guard were analysed.Relationships between job satisfaction and motivation and relationships between job satisfaction and burnout among private security forces were tested. In the subcategories of burnout, negative correlations between emotional burnout and general job satisfaction were found. In the subcategories of motivation scale, positive correlations were found between physiological needs and general job satisfaction score were found. In the subcategories of motivation, negative correlations between personal integrity points and personal achievement were found.en_US
