dc.description.abstractShift planning is very important for work life for company and employees. Manuel programming comes with some problems. For this reason, mathematical techniques are improved. There are so many studies for various sectors but gas station schedule studies are rarely in literature. ln this study, we are planning shifts problem for gas station employees in Kırıkkale. Purpose of the study is equality for every employee and minimizing the number of employees to coordinate company constraints. Goal programming method is used to solve this problem...en_US
dc.description.abstractÇalışma hayatında çalışanların vardiyaIarının planlaması şirketler ve şirket çalışanları için çok önemlidir. Planlamalar el ile yapıldığından bazı sorunları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Bunun için matemaliksel modeller geliştirilmiştir. Literatürde birçok sektörde çizelgeleme problemini ele alan çalışma yapılmasına rağmen benzin istasyonu personelini çizelgeleyen çalışmalar çok azdır. Bu çalışmada Kırıkkale ilinde faaliyet gösteren bir benzin istasyonun personellerinin vardiyalarının planlaması problemi ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı personeller arasında eşitliği sağlamak ve işletme kısıtları altında personel sayısını minimize etmektir. Problemin çözümü için hedef programlama yöntemi kullanılmıştır...en_US
