dc.description.abstractTürkçe kelime yapılarının dört seviyeli tam bir morfolojik tanımı anlatılmaktadır. Türkçe?nin fonetik yapısı dört seviyeli kurallar kullanılarak sonlu durumlu makineler olarak kodlanmıştır. Türkçe Sözcükler yapı bakımından incelendiğinde kök ve eklerden meydana geldiği tespit edilir.Türkçe kök ve gövdelere sondan eklemeler yapılarak sözcük oluşturulur, yani kelimenin saf hali kök olur, kökten itibaren gelenlerde ek olarak ifade edilir.Türkçe bitişken bir dildir,bu kurallı yapısı ile, yapay zekanın bir kolu olan doğal dil işlemede özel yere sahiptir. Sözcüğe getirilen eklerin sayısı ortalama 2-6 arasındadır. Sözcüğün temel anlamının bilinmesi için kökünün ne olduğu ve ona gelen eklerininde analiz edilmesini gerektirir. Sözcüğe getirilen her ek yeni bir anlam katar. Bu sebeple, bir sözcüğün kökü ve eklerinin tespit edilmesi önemlidir. Bu alanda yapılan çalışmalar doğal dillerin bilgisayarla yorumlanmasını ve çözümlenmesini sağlayan sistemlerin oluşturulmasını hedefler. Bu tezin kapsamı da, Türkçe?de fillerin morfolojik analizini yapabilen bir sonlu durum otomatının (SDM) işleyişi hakkında bilgi verecek ve bu alanda yapılan çalışmalara önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe four-level complete morphological definition of Turkish word structures is described. The phonetic structure of Turkish is encoded as finite state machines using fourlevel rules. When Turkish words are examined in terms of structure, it is determined that they consist of roots and affixes. In Turkish, words are formed by adding suffixes to word roots and bodies. In other words, the base word consists of word root and suffixes are added to this base word. Turkish is an agglutinative language and it has a special place in natural language processing due to its regular structure. The average number of suffixes added to the base word is between 2 to 6. In order to identify the real meaning of the word, it is required to analyze its root and its suffixes. Each suffix added to the word gives a new meaning to the word. Therefore, it is important to identify the root and suffixes of a word. Studies in this field aim to create systems that enable computer interpretation and analysis of natural languages. The scope of this thesis is giving information about the functioning of a finite-state automaton (FSA) which can a make morphological analysis of verbs in Turkish and making important contributions to the studies done in this field.en_US
