dc.description.abstractBu araştırma ile İstanbul ili Anadolu Yakasında bulunan 7 ilçedeki 156 Resmi Ortaokulunda görev yapan öğretmenlerin mobbinge maruz kalma algısının yaygınlığı, mobbinge maruz kalma algıları, mobbingin çeşitli boyutlarında nasıl yoğunlaştığı ve maruz kaldıkları mobbingin tür ve sıklık algıları kişisel özelliklerine göre nasıl farklılaştığı incelenmiştir. Araştırmada öğretmenlere, kişisel bilgilerini tespit etmek için Kişisel Bilgi Formu (EK- A), mobbing algılarını tespit etmek için ise Mobbing Algı Ölçeği (EK- B) formu dağıtılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu oluşturan 352 öğretmenden alınan verilere göre öğretmenler değişen tür ve yoğunluklarda mobbing davranışlarına maruz kaldıklarını ifade etmişlerdir. Öğretmenler en çok mobbingin kendini gösterme ve iletişimi engelleme boyutuna en az ise doğrudan sağlığa saldırıda bulunma boyutuna maruz kaldıklarını belirtmişlerdir. Genellikle bekar, 20-40 yaş aralığında, 11-20 yıl hizmet süresinde ve görev yaptığı okuldaki hizmet süresi 11-20 yıl olan erkek öğretmenlerin bu davranışlara daha çok maruz kaldıkları tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractWith this study, it has been observed the penetration of exposing mobbing perceptions, how exposing mobbing perceptions increase in different dimensions and how differs their mobbings behaviourals according to their personel attributes of teachers who work at 156 of Official Secondary Schools located in 7 districts in Asian side of Istanbul. Accordingly personel information form and mobbing perception scale form were distributed to teachers. According to data taken from a study grup which is consisted of 352 teachers, it has been observed that teachers who work at Official Secondary Schools where located in Asian side of Istanbul were exposed to mobbing behaviours. Teachers usually stated that they have been exposed to mobbing as they have been attacted to their esteem. Teachers stated that they have been minimally exposed to mobbing which attacks their health. It is observed that teachers who are single, between 20-40 years old, worked 11-20 years period of time and worked 11-20 years period of time in their school are exposed to those behaviorals.en_US
