Abstract
Breastfeeding has many benetits for the child mother and family. Breast milk is the perfect form of nutrition for each infant and has the necessary protective antibodies, which can be found as an integral part of any other nutrient. Because of these reasons, many important health organizations recommend breastfeeding as the preferred form of the diet at least in the first 12 months of a child's life.
Emzirmenin çocuk, anne ve aile için pek çok faydaları vardır. Anne sütü her bebek için mükemmel besindir ve başka herhangi diğer bir besinin ayrılmaz bir parçası olarak bulunan gerekli koruyucu antikorlara sahiptir. Bu nedenlerden dolayı, birçok önemli sağlık kuruluşu, en azından bir çocuğun yaşamının ilk 12 ayında, günlük beslenmenin tercihli şekli olarak emzirmeyi tavsiye eder.
