Özet
Konut deği?en dönü?en ve geli?en bir yapıdır. Mimarlığın tartı?tığı ve yüzle?tiği tüm düzen ve yapı öğelerini yeniden değerlendirmeye almaktadır. Bu değerlendirmenin olu?masını sağlayacak olgu zamandır. Zaman deği?imi gözleyebilecek tek olgudur. Konut değerlendirmesi, bulunduğu zamanı kapsayan ve içinde barındırdığı insan ya?amının, yansımasını kar?ılayan tartı?malar bulundurmaktadır. Evin tarihsel süreci neolitik çağdan ba?layıp günümüze kadar gelen bir kronolojik çizelge sunmaktadır. Konuta etki eden sosyo-ekonomik, kültürel etkiler haricinde 21.yüzyıl konut anlayı?ı teknolojiden beslenmektedir. Nesnelerin internete eri?imi yapay zekâ, akıllı ev sistemleri gibi birçok ba?lık konuta dahil olmu?tur. Akıllı evler kullanıcısına konfor sunan, güvenlik ve ya?am kolaylığı bakımından tercih edilecek sistemler barındırmaktadır. Bu tezde evin yapısal özelliklerinin esnekliği bağlamında değerlendirme yapılarak, tarihsel sürecin, bu faktörü hangi bağlamlarda deği?tirip dönü?türdüğü incelenmektedir. Ardından akıllı ev ve akıllı ev sistemlerini açıklayarak tüm bu bilgiler ile yakın gelecekte beklenilen, öngörülen bir ev modeli tanıtılacaktır.
The housing is a transforming and developing building. Re-evaluates all the elements of order and structure that architecture has discussed and confronted. Time is the case that will lead to this evaluation. Time is the only phenomenon that can observe chang. The housing assessment contains discussions that cover the reflection of the human life in which it is located and the time it is located. The historical process of the house presents a chronological chart from the Neolithic to the present. Apart from the socio-economic and cultural influences affecting the housing, 21st century housing understanding is fed by technology. Access to the Internet of objects has been included in the housing such as artificial intelligence, smart home systems. Smart homes are equipped with systems that offer comfort to the user and that are preferred in terms of security and ease of life. In this thesis, in the context of the flexibility of the structural features of the house, it is examined in which contexts the historical process changes and transforms this factor. Then, by explaining the smart home and smart home systems, a predicted home model will be introduced with all this information in the near future.
