Özet
Bu çalışmada, koroner bypass cerrahisinde kullanılan safen ven grefti için iyi bir hazırlama tekniğini tespit etmek amacıyla solüsyon değişkenlerinin ven morfolojisine olan etkisi araştırıldı. Koroner bypass ameliyatı yapılan 10 hastadan alınan safen ven greft örnekleri her biri en az 3 cm boyunda olmak üzere üç ayrı gruba ayrıldı. Grup I kontrol grubu olarak kabul edildi. Grup II’de serum fizyolojik, Grup III’de nitroprussid solüsyonunda eşit süreli olarak bekletilerek kontrol grubunda 20 mmHg, diğer gruplar da ortalama 100 mmHg basınçla safen ven greftleri şişirildi. Safen ven grefti örnekleri hazırlık aşamasından sonra ışık mikroskopisinde incelendi. Gruplar endotelyal hücre kaybı, intima ve mediadaki ödeme göre 0-3 arasında skorlanarak değerlendirildi. Her grup için ortalama skorlar karşılaştırıldığında nitroprussid kullanılan grupta sonuçların daha iyi olduğu görüldü. Sonuç olarak, nitroprussid solüsyonu ile hazırlanan safen ven greftlerinde endotelin daha iyi korunduğu tespit edildi.
In this study we investigated to find out one of the best preparation technique by the effect of different solutions on venous morphology for harvested saphenous vein graft for CABG. Saphenous veins harvested from 10 patients were divided into three groups, and saphenous veins were divided to 3 cm segments. Group I was the control group and saphenous vein graft was enlarged by 20 mmHg, in Group II saphenous vein graft put in isotonic sodium chloride for 20 minutes and enlarged by 100 mmHg, and Group III saphenous vein graft was put in nitroprusside for 20 minutes and enlarged by 100 mmHg pressure. All saphenous vein segments were examined under light microscope for endothelial cell deprivation, intimal and medial edema and scored from 0 to 3. Mean scores were collected as datas. In nitroprusside group all scoring datas were better. As a result we found out that nitroprusside was having better protective effect on saphenous vein endothelium.
