dc.description.abstractThe aim of this review is to examine the concepts of futurism and innovation to discuss the futurism and innovation in nursing. Futurism started in the early 20th century as an artistic and social move ment however later it has affected our lives in many different aspects. Futurism is important because images of the future act as self-fulfilling proph ecies that shape the future itself. (Lutjens&Tiffany, 1998). Therefore using futurism with the help of technology and innovations, we may shape a better future.
