Özet
Etik duyarlılık, çalışma ortamındaki etik problemlerin tanınması ve çözümlenmesi konusunda doğru kararların alınabilmesi için, etik sorunu/ikilemleri ayırt edebilmedir. Bu araştırma cerrahi hemşirelerinin etik duyarlılığının belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini İstanbul ilindeki bir devlet ve bir özel hastaneden, çalışmaya katılmayı onaylayan 299 cerrahi hemşiresi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada, araştırmacının geliştirdiği soru formu’na ilave olarak veriler; Ahlaki Duyarlılık Anketi (ADA) adlı ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Değerlendirme için ortalama, yüzdelik, standart sapma, Students-T testi ve ANOVA analizleri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmadaki hemşirelerin yaş ortalaması X?=28.13 ± 4.78, %73,9’u kadın, %67,6’sı bekar, %80,3’ünün çocuğu yok, %71,9’u lisans mezunu, %60,2’si kamu kurumunda, %61,2’si 1-5 yıldır hemşire olarak çalıştığı görülmüştür. Katılımcıların ADA Ölçeği toplam puan ortalamalarının 100.70±27.47 olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmada sonuç olarak; katılımcıların pandemi döneminde değerlendirildiği halde ADA Ölçeği ve alt boyutlarında orta düzeyde etik duyarlılık ile bakım verdikleri görülmüştür.

The research was carried out to determine the ethical sensitivity of surgical nurses. The sample of the study consisted of 299 surgical nurses from a state and a private hospital in Istanbul, who approved to participate in the study.
