dc.description.abstractTez çalışmamızın amacı okulöncesi kurumlarda ve ilkokullarda değerlerle yönetim analizini yapmaktır. İstanbul’un Maltepe, Pendik, Kartal İlçelerinde bulunan resmi okulöncesi kurumlarda ve ilkokullarda öğretmenlerin oluşturmuş olduğu örneklem gurubuna uygulanan ölçekle elde edilen veriler ışığında, araştırmamız yürütülmüştür. Araştırmamızın evrenini, belirttiğimiz ilçelerdeki 7463 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem için seçilen 275 öğretmenden 243 kişiden gelen verilerle araştırma sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Verilerin güvenirlik analizi için Cronbach Alfa katsayısı, örneklem analizi için frekans ve yüzde analizi,T.testi, One Way ANOVA testi ve post doc scheffe testi SSPS (Statistical Package for Socail Sciences) versiyon 13.0 paket programı kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına bakıldığında bireysel değer olarak öğretmenlerin adalet değerini birinci sıraya yerleştirdikleri görülmektedir. Kişilerin öncelik verdiği değerin de temel değer olduğu düşünüldüğünde adaletin toplum için en temel değer olduğu karşımıza çıkmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the thesis is to analyze the management of preschool institutions and primary values. In Maltepe, Pendik, Kartal that are districts of İstanbul , preschool institutions and primary school teachers in the image is formed in the light of the data obtained from the scale applied to the sample group, research conducted. The population of our study, these are 7463 teacher in the mentioneddistricts. The sample selected for the survey results with data from 275 teachers, 243 people were reached. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient for the analysis of the data, the sample for the analysis of the frequency and percentage analysis, T.testi, One Way ANOVA test and post-doc scheffe test SSPS (Statistical Package for socail Sciences) version 13.0 package program was investigated. According to the results of the research , the value of justice is placed in the first position as individual value of teachers. Given that the main value of the value of people would give top priority to society's fundamental values of justice emerges that.en_US
