dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate and show how the educational system is transformed as a consequence of the advancement of technology, mainly focusing on the new methodologies and approaches that occurred throughout the past 20 year for teaching English as a Foreign Language. With the improvement of technology internet came along with it and became widespread, it expended so dramatically that also entered to the educational system making teachers obligated to be technology knowledgeable and implement technology in their teaching style. dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, yabancı dil olarak İngilizce öğretimi için geçen 20 yıl boyunca süregelen yeni yöntem ve yaklaşımlara büyük oranda odaklanan teknolojinin gelişmesinin sonucu olarak eğitim sisteminin nasıl değiştiğini göstermek ve incelemektir. Teknolojinin gelişimi ile internet eğitimi iyi bir bütün oluşturdu ve yaygın hale geldi, Teknoloji o kadar hızlı yayıldı ki öğretmenIeri teknoloji hakkında bilgili olmaya ve öğretim yöntemlerinde bu bilgilileri kullanmaya mecbur duruma getirdi ve böylece eğitim sisteminde yer almaya başladı.
