The digital disruption has changed everything including one of the oldest and more important practices in history: democracy. The incorporation of these new technologies in the democratic world gave birth to e-democracy. This new form of democracy has expanded conventional democracy and has had the power of giving back to the people the idea that their opinion matters and they can even actually change something...en_US
