dc.description.abstractBu araştırmanın temel amacı, normal ve özel yetenekli öğrencilerin liderliğe ilişkin görüş açılarını sunmaktır. Bu araştırmada Liderlik Profili, Liderin Karar Alma Süreçleri, Tek Lider – Çok Lider Tercihi, Liderin Sosyal İlişkileri, Sosyal Medyada Liderlik, Liderin Kişilik özelliklerine ilişkin konularda, şu sorular sorulmuştur: Zekâ (normal-özel yetenekli), Yaş (10-14) ve cinsiyet açısından denekler açısından anlamlı farklılıklar var mıdır? Bu araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışma Grubu toplam 457 (216 normal, 241 özel yetenekli) denekten oluşmuştur. 26 sorudan oluşan bir anket olan araştırma aracı, lider görüşleri alınarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Çalışma 5 ilköğretim okulunda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada normal ve özel yetenekli deneklerin liderlikle ilgili bazı farklı görüşleri olmasına karşın, her iki grup arasında birçok benzerliklere de rastlanmıştır. Bulgular yeni liderlik programları ve liderlikle ilgili değerlendirme çalışmaları için ışık tutacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this research is to present how normal and gifted children view leadership. In this research, in connection with the topics of Leadership Profile, Decision Making Processes, Single and Multi-Leader Preference, Social Relationships of Leaders, Leadership in Social Media and Personality Characteristics of a Leader, the following questions are asked: Is there a significant intelligence (normal-gifted), age (10-14) and gender differences in subjects’ perception of leadership. In this research general survey model is used. The study group is consisted of 457 subjects in total (216 normal, 241 gifted). The research instrument is a questionnaire of 26 questions developed by the researcher by taking expert opinion. The study is carried out in 5 primary schools. In this study, although some different views concerning leadership are found between normal and gifted subjects, there are many similarities between the two groups. The findings will shed light to the new leadership programs and leadership assessment studies.en_US
