Özet
Araştırma, okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında kullanılan resimli hikâye kitapları hakkında öğretmenlerin görüşlerini almak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma, 2020–2021 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul ilinin anaokullarında görev yapan 50 devlet ve 50 özel kurumda çalışan toplam 100 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Okul öncesi çocuk kitaplarına ilişkin öğretmenlerin görüşlerini belirlemek için Tuncer (2016) tarafından hazırlanan 54 soruluk "Okul Öncesi Eğitim Kurumlarında Kullanılan Resimli Hikâye Kitaplarının Öğretmen Görüşleri Bağlamında Değerlendirilmesi Ölçeği ve araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Demografik Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen veriler, SPSS paket programı ile çözümlenmiştir. Verilerin analizinde Mann-Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis H testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada şu sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır: Okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında kullanılan resimli çocuk kitaplarının öğretmen görüşlerine göre değerlendirilmesi öğretmenin; yaşına, kıdem yılına, çalıştığı okul türüne, öğrenim durumuna, çocuk edebiyatı ile ilgili ders alma durumuna, çalıştığı çocukların yaş grubuna, günlük çalışma süresine göre bakıldığında istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilememiştir. Öğretmenlerimiz kurumlarında bulunan kitapların, içerik ve resimlendirilmesi bakımından yeterli, yazım ve dil bilgisi bakımından ise az yeterli, biçim, kapak ve cilt bakımından ise yetersiz olduğunu ifade ettikleri sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The research was carried out in order to get the opinions of the teachers about the picture story books used in preschool education institutions. General screening model was used in the research. The research consists of a total of 100 teachers working in 50 state and 50 private institutions working in kindergartens in Istanbul in the 2020-2021 academic year. In order to determine the opinions of teachers about preschool children's books, the "Evaluation Scale of Picture Story Books Used in Pre-School Education Institutions in the Context of Teachers' Opinions" and the Demographic Information Form prepared by the researcher were used. The data obtained as a result of the research were analyzed with the SPSS package program. Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal Wallis H tests were used to analyze the data. The following results were obtained in the research: Evaluation of picture books used in preschool education institutions according to teachers' opinions; No statistically significant difference was found according to age, seniority, type of school, education level, taking courses related to children's literature, age group of children, and daily working time.
