dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada ortaokul yöneticilerinin değerler eğitimine ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda İstanbul İli Güngören İlçesi‘ndeki devlet ortaokullarında görev yapmakta olan 15 yönetici çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Araştırma mevcut durumun tespit edilmesi amacıyla yapıldığı için tarama modelli bir araştırma olup toplam 8 sorudan meydana gelen görüşme formu veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılmıştır. Çalışmadan elde edilen verilerin analizi sonucunda yöneticilerin çoğunun değerler eğitimi kazanımlarının sağlanmasında öğretmenlerin rol model olduğunu, saygı kavramının öğrencilerde gözlemlenen davranış değişimlerine örnek gösterilebileceğini, saygı kavramının değerler eğitiminde önemli rol oynadığını, değer kelimesinin anlamının öğrenilmesinin ve değerlerin yerleştirilmesi ve değiştirilmesinin değerler eğitiminde önemli rol oynadığı, değerler eğitimi içeriğinin ayrı bir ders olarak programa yerleşmemesinin, tüm branşların aynı önemi vermemesinin ve velilerin değerler eğitimi almamasının değerler eğitimine yönelik uygulamadaki en önemli sorunlar olduğunu, ailelerin bilinçlendirilmesinin, amacın belirtilmesinin değerler eğitimine yönelik uygulamadaki sorunların çözümüne yardımcı olabileceğini, şiddetin en az düzeye indirgenmesinin değerler eğitimi sorunlarının çözümünde önemli rol oynayacağını, değerler eğitimin derslerle ilişkilendirilmesinin hedeflere ulaşmada kolaylık sağlayacağını ifade ettikleri görülmüştür.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this research, it is aimed to examine the opinions of secondary school managers about values education. For this purpose, 15 managers working in state secondary schools in Güngören district of Istanbul province were included in the study. Since the research was conducted in order to determine the current situation, the survey form including 8 questions was used as a data collection tool. As a result of the analysis of the data obtained from the study, it is seen that the majority of the managers think that teachers are role models for the achievement of the educational values of the majority of the managers, the concept of respect can be shown as an example of behaviors observed in the students, the concept of respect plays an important role in values teaching, learning the meaning of the value word and playing the important role in values teaching, the families' awareness of the fact that the purpose of educating the children is not the same, all branches do not give the same importance and education of the values of the parents are the most important problems in the implementation of the values education, the purpose of the education can help to solve the problems in the practice of teaching values, play an important role in the solution, associating values with teaching with the lessons will facilitate access to the goals.en_US
